Drop-off & pick-up points
Primary valet is located on Willis Street at the main porte-cochère. Secondary set-down is available on nearby Cuba Street for larger vehicles and coach transfers.
- Guest vehicles: Pull into the porte-cochère, our attendant will greet you and transfer luggage.
- Taxis & rideshare: Use the marked pick-up bay on Willis Street (short wait permitted).
- Coach drop-off: Please pre-book with our events team to coordinate space and unloading.
How the valet works
- Arrival: Attendant meets you at the vehicle, verifies booking name and room number if applicable.
- Keys & Security: Keys are tagged, stored securely and returned on request at pick-up.
- Vehicle handling: Valets park in our secure off-site facility with CCTV and on-site security checks.
- Pick-up: Call ahead or request pickup via reception; vehicles returned to the porte-cochère within a short window.

Entrances & directions
From the north: Approach via Willis Street. Follow signage to the porte-cochère. Taxis may use the short-term bay directly outside.
From the south: Use Victoria Street corridors; follow directional markers for visitor drop-off.
Rideshare drivers: Please wait in the marked rideshare zone — drivers must remain with the vehicle during busy periods.
Accessibility & special assistance
Our valet attendants are trained to assist guests with mobility needs. Accessible drop-off is available at the front entrance with level access to the lobby, lifts to guest floors and dedicated accessible parking on request.
